WhiteHat Website Security Certification Program

The WhiteHat Security website security certification program provides all WhiteHat Sentinel subscribers with a distinctive and formal trademark that can be posted on their website(s) to demonstrate that they are currently being assessed by WhiteHat for the latest vulnerabilities.

The “website security by WhiteHat Security” mark allows Sentinel subscribers to assure their site visitors that the WhiteHat Sentinel Services is being actively deployed to safeguard confidential data from security breaches and hacker attacks. This WhiteHat Security trademark will be linked to a confirmation page which provides additional detail on the WhiteHat Sentinel Service.

The WhiteHat Security certification program also enables subscribers to communicate their adherence to Payment Card Industry (PCI)-Data Security Standard security guidelines. WhiteHat Sentinel exceeds PCI 6.6 requirements for website security by offering customers unlimited scanning during its annual subscription period ensuring up-to-date visibility into a website’s security posture.

Availability / Cost

This certification program is available at no additional charge for all WhiteHat Sentinel subscribers, at all service levels beginning May 4, 2009. Please send an email to certification@whitehatsec.com to notify us that you would like to participate. On May 4th, you will be provided with additional information and will be able to access the program via the WhiteHat Sentinel service.
